I'm going; just last-minute booked it for the hell of it. Anyone else? Going, I mean. Not capriciously dropping money out of nowhere.

I'm going to be tabling at the Cincy Comic Con the same weekend. It'll be my first time tabling in AA -- I snagged the table at a ridiculous discount through the Kickstarter -- but my excitement is tempered quite a bit by the fact that it's the same weekend as Baltimore AND one week before the OTHER Cincinnati con. 

I was not aware of the poor taste in scheduling when I booked the table.

Oh, yeah: I'm gonna get into town at 7 or 8 on Friday, if anyone wants to grab a drink or a bite. I'm at the Hilton connected to the con center.

No joke, I've 70/30 pulled that off socially/gotten asked at parties if I just got off work from a restaurant, hence why I want to get some kinda (dark) color in there. Blues/greens/purples, sort of thing.

Thanks. And you should! Just from my experience, this year and in the past, it's a brisk and busy con, but hasn't gotten choked and swarmed too badly.

(The food in the area is killer too.)

I have often thought about taking a year and just going to every major convention in North America. Considering many of them are on the days, this truly is dreaming the impossible dream.

But seriously, I want to get my work visa and passport in order and then do some State-side touring.
