Hooray! It's done! - The Patting-Ourselves-On-The-Back Thread
At the old joint we had a thread for posting when we finish a project, story, issue, etc. Time to start one here. (Especially since I have a script I need to wrap up and I could use the inspiration.)

I got my comp of the TRANSMETROPOLITAN: ALL OVER THE WORLD charity art book. It hasn't been widely publicized, but the book's also got pieces of short fiction by people like Kieron Gillen, Matthew Sturges, Brandon Jerwa — and me. Mine is the sixth and final text piece in the book.
It's pretty amazing to finally see it.
So. Who else?

It was only available at HeroesCon recently, but should be available to purchase online soon. Anyway, it looks awesome, I'm stoked.
For me, I've got the second printing of Murder Book Vol. 1 and first printing of Murder Book Vol. 2 in hand. Had them done up just before The Calgary Comic Expo, so it's been a couple weeks since getting them back.
Now that the Canada Post strike is over, I've finally been able to fill all the pre-orders.
Writing Vol. 3 right now.
Basically, Murder Book is a collection of short crime stories, all written by my and drawn by others. All the stories are stand alone, but I'm slowly starting to weave a bigger story that's happening through the short stories. Being very cautious about it though, as I don't want to have it so that any of the shorts require you to read any of the others in order to enjoy them, but want to have this other story that slowly develops for those who do read the whole thing.
I'm hoping in the next year to also use some of the characters introduced in Murder Book in a larger story that I'll be pitching to publishers.
